Job Description :-Were looking for Business Development Manager - Real Estate to join us and help clients buy, sell, and rent property with confidence. The ideal will hit the ground running with sales and marketing tools, online resources, and lead-generation advantages.His/her responsibilities include marketing and listing property, working directly with homeowners, Commercial owners and buyers, and helping various parties with paperwork.Roles & Responsibilities:-
  • Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses.
  • Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
  • Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles.
  • Advise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers.
  • Investigate clients financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing.
  • Develop content for sales presentations and other materials.
  • Select and show homes and commercial properties that meet client needs, help identify the best options, and assist client with redefining needs when necessary
  • Consult with client to ensure fiduciary service of real estate transaction, from initial contact through contract to close, and provide advice on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options.
  • Appraise property values.
  • Build lists of properties that include detailed specifications, and market them through open houses, advertisements, networking, and existing relationships
  • Lead negotiations with industry professionals and clients, and review contract terms to verify accuracy.
Required skills and qualifications:-
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in real estate or with builder.
  • Required Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and communication.
  • Deep knowledge of local area and properties
  • Established relationships with Customer.
  • Should be at least Bachelors or associates degree (or equivalent).
