- Define the CRM, CDP & Loyalty strategy basis business objectives, and roll it out with focus on customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, latency, and lifetime value.
- Evaluate different CRM & Loyalty solutions periodically and ensure rollout within existing martech framework Define Martech strategy for enhancing business and brand objectives and solving customer pain points and improving customer experience. Identify customer experience solutions, pilot and roll out across different consumer touchpoints (digital, stores, web etc.)
- Define the business-objective based KPI's, dashboard needed and analytics required for weekly and monthly review
- 8-12 years of experience in loyalty, retention, customer experience
- Experience with retailers, telecom, smartphones wherein retention & CRM is needed.
- MNC or Indian brands with team management
- Experience in building analytics area, tools like Tableau
