Head Retail Marketing & VM is responsible for directing an organisation's retail marketing, store experience and visual merchandising as well as responsible for overseeing the marketing activities conducted in retail stores.
  • Retail Marketing
Understand consumer journey and highlight interventions to inspire, attract and convert and bring back customersRollout campaign in-stores basis commercial annual calendar via window communication, POSM, digital screens etc. for all store types across tiers of cities, national and international markets
Retail Customer ExperienceCreate a standardised retail customer experience for all brandsBring alive retail CX via rolling out immersive experiential elements like in-store radio, brand fragrance, new technology elements like QR, AR etc to put shoppers in buying mood. Standardize elements across franchise partner stores to offer a uniform brand experience
Measure Retail CX impact on sales and drive improvements
  • Retail Media Network(RMN):
Evaluate retail media network touchpoints across store types and standardize their role and communication
Explore opportunities to promote partner brands and monetize wherever possible
  • Consumer Promotions
Evaluate consumer offers and promos(EMI's, cashbacks, credit card points redemption, gift card etc.) basis commercial calendar, identify partner brands, construct proposition, pilot in a few stores and roll them nationally to attract and convert customers
  • Visual Merchandising
Develop retail store identity for new concepts, store design, shop in shops etc
Plan, create and execute overall visual merchandising strategy. Design appealing merchandise displays in order to attract & convert visitors in the store
Design various window displays, signs and promotions displays
Test different visuals across digital screens, lit boxes, banners and see which ones to roll out basis effectiveness
  • Others
Communicate with cross-teams such as Merchandising and Projects for strategy, opportunities and initiatives
Identify and track key KPIs, RoI reports. Manage budget, collaborate with partnersKeep abreast with industry and market trendsWork closely with senior stakeholders|Opportunity to fast-track career growth- 10+ Years experience in Retail Apparel Industry- Well versed with Retail Marketing and Visual Merchandising- Managing a team of 6-7 peopleOur client is an ethnic wear brand founded in 1999.
