- Lead and manage a high-performing team of Account Managers, Training Managers, and Training Associates to drive operational excellence and ensure successful implementation across the zone. - Oversee the end-to-end execution of Kreedo's learning solutions in all partner schools within the designated zone, ensuring quality, consistency, and impact. - Own the post-sales implementation journey, ensuring a smooth transition from on-boarding to full curriculum integration. - Build strong, trust-based relationships with school owners, principals, and key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact and support. - Conduct regular school visits, audits, and performance reviews to ensure high standards of service delivery and adherence to Kreedo's academic vision. - Drive initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, engagement, and curriculum adoption, with a strong emphasis on renewals and long-term partnerships. - Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery, team performance, and school engagement. - Identify operational bottlenecks or challenges in implementation, and take strategic, data- driven actions to resolve them promptly. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure feedback loops, improvements, and alignment with company goals (ref:updazz.com)
