Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic E-commerce Manager to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales-to-order cycle, hands-on experience creating sales and purchase orders, and excel at generating daily and weekly MIS reports.The individual must be versatile, be capable of multitasking, and take ownership of their responsibilities.Roles & Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, First Cry, and Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms for product listings and pricing.- Experience in handling both international and domestic marketplaces is mandatory. - Good knowledge of promoting products through Amazon PPC is mandatory. - Monitor and verify payments received from each marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, First Cry, etc.) to ensure accuracy and reconciliation.- Complete E-commerce process management on Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central dashboards.- Track and analyze sales data, customer behaviour, and platform performance to identify trends and opportunities.- Improving account health and maintaining account hygiene.- Generate and present weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights for management.- Maintain and manage all our sales touchpoints websites, online marketplaces, and aggregators oversee online sales, manage stock inventories, and optimize the overall customer experience.- Manage A+ Content, Brand Story, and Storefront, ensuring engaging and high-quality content that enhances brand visibility and conversions.- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and advertisements (Amazon PPC, Flipkart & First Cry Ads, etc).- Analyse and adjust campaign performance to achieve ROI and sales targets.- Create and manage FBA shipments, track inventory levels, and ensure smooth fulfillment for Amazon FBA.- Manage returns from Amazon, First Cry, and other platforms, ensuring proper reconciliation and restocking.- File and track safety claims for damaged or lost inventory with relevant platforms.- Optimize product visibility using effective keyword research and SEO strategies.- Develop and implement effective e-commerce growth strategies to identify and capture new customer base and business opportunities from the backend.- Optimize end-to-end e-commerce journey for our customers, from lead generation to conversion and post-purchase follow-up.- Enhance customer experience by working closely with the team.- Analyse data, identify potential prospects, conduct outreach, and build customer relationships to drive sales.- Generate reports to track e-commerce performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Skills:- Strong project management skills- Excellent communication skills- Problem-Solving & Process Improvement- SEO knowledge- Good understanding of Web design- Inventory & Order Management- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, listing optimization, and ad campaign management.- Proficient in using tools like Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and analytics software.Employment Type: Full Time, PermanentExperience: Minimum 3-6 years of experience Role Category: E-Commerce OperationsEducation: Any Graduate/ Postgraduate (ref:updazz.com)
