We are passionate about solving real beauty concerns through science-backed formulas, bold branding, and digital-first distribution.We're seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist who can take complete ownership of performance campaigns across Google, Meta, and leading eCommerce marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa. This is a high-impact role for someone who is analytical, ROI-focused, and passionate about scaling beauty brands.We have TWO specialized roles open under Performance Marketing:Key Responsibilities1. D2C (Google & Meta Ads):- Plan, execute, and optimize full funnel paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)- Drive performance metrics like ROAS, CAC, and CVR across product categories (skincare, haircare, personal care)- Build retargeting and prospecting funnels to maximize conversions and customer retention- Work with the content/creative team to conceptualize effective static and video ads- Analyze consumer behavior and campaign performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and UTM tracking- A/B test creatives, copies, landing pages, and audience segments for continuous improvement2. Marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa):- Manage performance marketing campaigns on Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD) and other marketplaces- Optimize ACoS/TACoS, manage keyword strategies, and enhance product visibility- Coordinate with catalog and eCommerce teams to improve listings, product pages, and deals- Regularly monitor ad spend, conversions, and marketplace-specific insights to drive growth- Generate and present weekly/monthly campaign reports with actionable recommendationsWhat We're Looking For:- Min 2-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing across both D2C and marketplaces- Prior experience in skincare, haircare, personal care, or beauty/wellness segment preferred- Deep understanding of media buying, targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structures- Proficiency with platforms/tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Ads Console, Flipkart Ads, GA4, Excel, etc.- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and bias for performance optimization- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment (ref:updazz.com)
