About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR & Payroll modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP interfaces, integrations, configurations, and connectors and will be responsible for implementing, testing, and supporting Oracle HCM solutions to meet business needs.Key Responsibilities:Configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM Core HR & Payroll modules.Design, develop, and maintain BIP reports, HCM Extracts, and Payroll flows.Work with ADP Global View connectors and other out-of-box connectors.Perform integration development and troubleshooting for third-party systems.Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.Conduct thorough testing and validation of all configured solutions.Provide post-implementation support and enhancements as required.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Core HR & Payroll.Proven experience in ADP interface, integrations, and configurations (Mandatory).Proficiency in BIP reporting, HCM Extracts, and Payroll flows.Hands-on experience with out-of-the-box connectors, including ADP Global View connector.Good understanding of testing methodologies and defect resolution.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
