- Manage data entry and ensure accuracy within HR systems and databases, collaborating with the Manager - HCM Data Specialist to maintain data integrity
- Monitor and validate data quality by conducting regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure consistent data management practices
- Generate reports and dashboards for business use, providing clear and concise insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify barriers to success in data reporting and support solutions in partnership with the Manager - HCM Data Specialist
- Analyze organizational data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
- Support training for employees who require custom reports for strategic decision-making, developing frameworks and guidelines to streamline reporting processes
- Act as a resource for HR and organizational teams by offering expertise in data analysis and report generation
- Identify and implement process enhancements for efficient and accurate data reporting and management
- Partner with IT and HR teams to optimize data workflows, automate manual processes, and improve system capabilities
- Degree in Human Resources, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience working in Human Resources or HR Systems
- Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure
- Experience working across many countries and cultures
- Understands the needs and challenges of global leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of functional solution trends, regulations, and best practices
- English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4)
