Job Responsibilities - Field Sales Executive (Marketing Focus) - Real Estate1. Lead Generation:- Visit target locations to identify and collect potential buyer leads.- Distribute brochures, flyers, and marketing material in residential and commercial areas.2. Brand Promotion:- Represent the company at local events, property expos, and promotional stalls.- Increase brand visibility through field marketing campaigns and outdoor promotions.3. Market Survey & Intelligence:- Gather feedback on customer preferences, competitor marketing activities, and market trends.- Submit reports to help the marketing team refine strategies.4. Customer Interaction:- Engage with walk-in customers or local inquiries at marketing kiosks.- Collect and record customer data for the telecalling or sales team to follow up.6.
