Hi,we are hiring for our client, a Semi conductor industry for Pan India locationTEAM SALESLOCATION PAN INDIATITLE SALES DIRECTOREXPERIENCE 10+ years of experience in Sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Industrial Equipment sector.EDUCATION QUALIFICATION Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).JOB SUMMARY :We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead and drive sales growth in the industrial equipment sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B Sales, Business Development and Team Leadership with a proven track record of selling industrial equipment or automation solutions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.Identify new business opportunities, expand market share, and establish strategic partnerships.Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.Drive contract negotiations and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer needs are met.Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, reporting to senior leadership.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Key Requirements:Proven experience in selling Industrial Equipment or Automation solutions.Strong leadership, negotiation and strategic planning skills.Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.Ability to analyse sales data and market trends for decision-making.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel extensively for business development and client meetings.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with global clients and multi-channel sales strategies.Knowledge of Industrial Automation, IoT Solutions and Advanced Manufacturing Technologies.Strong network within the Industrial Equipment market.
