  • Good understanding of product requirements and manufacturing processes related to Turbine components like Blades, rotor shaft, diaphragms, nozzle, and others.
  • Good understanding of Turbine components inspection and testing w.r.t technical requirements.
  • Good understanding of reading and interpreting engineering drawings & specifications.
  • Good understanding of Supplier & Product qualification process.
  • Lead lessons learn process to prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure the On Time Inspection of the components for Factory and site.
  • NCR Management and drive RCA/8D to prevent re-occurrence.
  • Be a part of lean initiative for process quality to ensure quality and productivity
  • Maintain a healthy working environment while working with Cross Functional Team.
  • Creating programs and operating CMM is an added advantage.
We don't need superheroes, just super mind
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering having 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001.
  • Hands on Turbine components manufacturing and testing.
  • Should have good knowledge on Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Should have basic knowledge on QC tools.
  • Should be collaborative and decision maker.
  • Should have good knowledge in NCR management and lesson learn.
