Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through a combination of inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails. You will play a key role in identifying client needs and matching them with the right solutions from our service offerings.Key Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and following up on inbound leads.- Understand customer needs and challenges, and articulate how our services can address them.- Maintain and update a CRM/database of current and potential clients.- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape.- Conduct research on target companies to identify key decision-makers.- Schedule and conduct client meetings and product/service presentations.- Drive campaign closures by maintaining relationships and building trust with clients.- Consistently meet and exceed lead generation and conversion targets.- Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline.Preferred Candidate Profile: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in sales, preferably in international B2B sales. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Strong research and analytical skills to identify new business opportunities. Flexible to work in different shifts as per business requirements. Experience in managing and updating CRM tools.
