A hub to all reporting and analytics-related needs, our priority is to ensure high quality & accuracy in all deliveries. We integrate various data sources, curate, and extract information to deliver insights for customer focused solutions. Data attributes are connected to business contexts, with trends and insights displayed through interactive Power BI dashboards. We proactively identify, streamline, automate and optimize different workflows for efficient functioning.Responsibilities:
- Build interactive DBs for engaging data visualization & analysis for revenue and product teams
- Streamline, modify and troubleshoot existing dashboards to resolve production issues through automation and optimization.
- Execute cadence reports/dashboards, providing data insights to stakeholders while maintaining SLA, TAT, and accuracy
- Leverage descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive data analysis for business insights.
- Lead team projects, reporting and metrics development in partnership with functional heads.
- Address stakeholders' ad-hoc data analysis requests while understanding the intricacies involved
- Build business context through understanding data attributes and business requirements
- Work with cross functional teams (Business, S&O, BI, product, etc.) to ensure smooth task delivery and develop relevant business insights.
- Understand the workflow across in-house platforms and the dollar flow lifecycle.
- Prepare/update SOPs and document internal procedures for future reference and training.
- Engage in process improvement initiatives and project planning/execution.
- B.E/B.Tech. or equivalent degree from reputed institute with a minimum 3+ years' experience.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of online advertising industry and ecosystem. Prior exposure to Ad Tech ecosystem and working model/Funnel preferred.
- Excellent Analytical [Descriptive and Diagnostic Analysis - Must have, Predictive - good to have] and Data handling skills. Basic understanding of Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in technical skills like Python [including libraries such as Matlab, Numpy, etc], SQL, Advanced MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, fair understanding of Databases like SQL, Apache Superset etc. and their reporting mechanism.
- Good understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. GCP must have.
- Preferred: Understanding of data engineering tools - PySpark, scheduling notebooks, cost optimization. Orchestrating tasks in Airflow, Databricks or similar tools. Google BigQuery , Looker Studio.
- Dashboard Building and Data Story Telling skills using Power BI.
- Results-driven professional with passion to perform and desire to stay on top of industry and technical trends.
- Quick learner, consistent in accuracy and possess the ability to handle and sustain high volume workflow.
- Self-motivated, team player, work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
