- Oversee day-to-day global benefits administration, ensuring timely resolution of employee queries and issues within agreed service levels.
- Assist with global benefits implementation, renewal processes and audits where needed.
- Respond to our employee inquiries and changes through our HR ticketing system and make any necessary changes in our systems and with our vendors.
- Support global mobility processes, including visa applications, renewals, and right-to-work documentation.
- Partner with immigration counsel and vendors to manage cases and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Track visa expirations and work authorisation status to reduce compliance risks.
- Coordinate visa and work permit applications across multiple countries, including new applications, renewals, transfers, and dependent cases
- Act as a key point of contact for employees throughout immigration processes, providing guidance on required documentation and timelines
- Collect, review, and organise supporting documentation required for immigration submissions
- Track case progress and follow up proactively to ensure timelines are met
- Maintain accurate immigration trackers and records, including visa expiry dates and renewal schedules
- Ensure documentation is stored accurately and confidentially in line with internal requirements
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and confidential employee data in HRIS through data entry and audits.
- Support the invoicing process by partnering closely with finance
- Approve and upload employee photos in our HR system
- Data entry and data auditing
- Undergraduate degree with 2+ years of experience within HR.
- Experience working in a global organisation and supporting human resources responsibilities across different geographies.
- Demonstrable knowledge of local employment laws and an understanding of HR practices and processes.
- Experience working with global mobility and visas is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
