Title: Assistant Manager – HR Operations
Location: Mumbai
Exp: 5 yearsJob Description:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end employee life cycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, documentation, and exits.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRMS systems with high accuracy.
  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and trackers as required.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations, benefits, and general policies.
  • Assist in preparing periodic HR dashboards, MIS reports, and audit-related documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within HR operations.
  • Assist in various ongoing HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and working experience with HRMS/HRIS systems
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the area of HR compliance and statutory processes
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on service delivery and process efficiency
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Graduate in any discipline (Post-graduation in Human Resources preferred)
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in HR operations and employee life cycle management
  • Exposure to HR tools/systems and basic understanding of statutory compliance
  • Experience in maintaining HR documentation, data, and process adherence
