Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle activities, including onboarding, transfers, documentation, and exits.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and HRMS systems with high accuracy.
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and trackers as required.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations, benefits, and general policies.
- Assist in preparing periodic HR dashboards, MIS reports, and audit-related documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within HR operations.
- Assist in various ongoing HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and working experience with HRMS/HRIS systems
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow in the area of HR compliance and statutory processes
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on service delivery and process efficiency
- Graduate in any discipline (Post-graduation in Human Resources preferred)
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR operations and employee life cycle management
- Exposure to HR tools/systems and basic understanding of statutory compliance
- Experience in maintaining HR documentation, data, and process adherence
