- Conducts a thorough review of service execution against contractual agreements to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Attends cross-functional meetings to provide expert input on field issues in relation to contracts.
- Organizes and leads third-party audit activities to evaluate contract adherence and work quality.
- Performs the verification of contractor invoices and, if required, through direct site assessments.
- Develops a standard checklist for consistent audit procedures across all businesses.
- Initiates and expands the scope of site verification processes to encompass all business units for enhanced quality assurance.
- Defines detailed technical specifications for new projects, ensuring all service procurement aligns with current needs and standards.
- Executes the procurement process by raising Purchase Requisitions in line with determined contract specifications.
- Conducts pipeline network modeling and simulations for new service areas to assess feasibility and optimize resource allocation.
- Participates in the solicitation and evaluation process for selecting and approving vendors, emphasizing product quality and service.
- Leads new technological project initiatives from need identification through to pilot phases, launch, and ongoing management.
- Manages the publication of quarterly release of the Technical Services newsletter.
- Manages the company's Geographical Information System (GIS) to enhance operational visibility and decision-making.
- Champions value engineering efforts to improve service quality and achieve cost optimization.
- Conceptualizes and delivers designs for upcoming infrastructure projects and new business establishments.
- Conducts a systematic shortlisting and evaluation of vendors according to the services and products they provide.
- Collaborates with vendors to ensure the continuous improvement of product offerings and technical support.
- Establishes a framework for regular vendor performance assessments to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Provides strategic recommendations to management concerning staffing and team engagement for optimal department performance.
- Acts as a key advisor on identifying and predicting technical staffing needs based on projected workloads.
- Facilitates cross-departmental collaboration to identify skill development opportunities for technical staff.
