- Prospect and generate new business leads from Open Market companies, Internal LOBs, partners etc.
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend tailored group/commercial insurance solutions.
- Present and sell group insurance products (health, life, disability, dental, vision, etc.) to small, medium, and large businesses
- Prepare and present competitive proposals and insurance quotes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and other stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee benefits and insurance-related matters.
- Manage renewals, address service issues, and coordinate policy changes in coordination with service team/ partners
- Evaluate policy terms, coverage options, and pricing structures.
- Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to finalize coverage.
- Assist with policy applications, enrollment processes, and onboarding.
- Ensure all policies comply with insurance regulations and company guidelines.
- Keep accurate records of sales, prospects, and client communications.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product changes.
