- Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns by the in-house team.
- Review and approve marketing content, creatives, and collateral.
- Track key marketing metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions) and recommend improvements.
- Conduct competitor analysis and provide strategic insights to management.
- Map customer journeys and enhance engagement touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand objectives with business goals.
- Provide creative direction and ensure brand-compliant designs for real estate, hospitality, and new ventures.
- 5–8 years of experience in Brand Management / Marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign planning, and customer engagement.
- Ability to manage and mentor in-house marketing/design teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in Real Estate / Hospitalitysectors preferred.
- Highly creative with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
