This role is core to Practo’s strategy of building scalable, patient-centric programs that directly improve clinical outcomes while accelerating digital revenue for our medical partners (hospitals, clinics, and individual practitioners). The ideal candidate will bring a sharp strategic mindset, strong executional bias, and deep empathy for both patients and healthcare providers. You’ll lead the business P\&L across a suite of products (e.g., Practo Assured, Digitally Managed Clinics, Visibility & CRM solutions) and co-own product roadmap, marketing, and operational excellence in partnership with cross-functional teams. --- **Key Responsibilities:** * Own the **business P\&L** for multiple provider-focused products; drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and retention * Design and operationalize **outcome-oriented programs** that align patient health benefits with provider commercial success * Conduct **market research and competitor analysis** to inform program strategy, pricing, and positioning * Collaborate closely with product, sales, growth, and clinical quality teams to deliver a compelling value proposition to providers * Define key **performance metrics (KPIs)** and build dashboards for ongoing program effectiveness and ROI * Create business cases and GTM plans for **new revenue lines**, pilots, or strategic partnerships * Drive **hospital onboarding**, clinical quality audits, and provider success workflows where needed * Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with internal and external stakeholders --- **Requirements:** * 4–8 years of experience in strategy, business consulting, healthcare P\&L roles, or digital health/healthtech ventures * MBA from a Tier-1 institute or equivalent exposure in high-growth environments * Demonstrated track record in **strategy formulation and execution**, preferably in healthcare or B2B SaaS * Analytical mindset with comfort in **financial modeling, cohort analysis, and A/B experimentation** * Excellent stakeholder management and **cross-functional collaboration skills** * Passion for using technology to drive **health outcomes and systems transformation** --- **What’s in it for you?** * Lead **impactful initiatives** at the intersection of healthcare delivery, patient care, and digital innovation * Own end-to-end business responsibility in a high-autonomy, high-impact role * Work with passionate peers across product, ops, and clinical teams on one of India’s most mission-driven platforms --- **Join us if you want to make healthcare better – for both patients and providers.**
