This position is responsible for leading a team of India Post Sale Fire/Security Engineering serving to the Global Clients. The person should collaborate with the internal design, program team and Manager. The applicant should have hands-on experience of Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion and Intercom Systems.How you will do itShould be an individual performer as a security System Expert.Should handle own Job assignment, resource planning, quality checks and delivering job to customersEnsure integrated Design and Engineering – post sales-design of Security System activities.Should have good experience in project execution, programing, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Security SystemsC-Cure 9000, Genetec Omnicast, Synergy, Lenel-Onguard knowledge will be additional benefit.To develop skills sets in the team to provide engineering services with expected quality as a differentiator.Should have good experience of design, configuration and commissioning of advance ELV system for building control.Standardization of Post Design Engineering processes across all regions through both direct and matrix relationships.Should be able to independently carry out Hardware Detail Design, Engineering such as door/camera matrix, wiring and architecture etc.Standardize Design Deliverables with higher efficiency and productivityEnsure Deliverables are correct per customer requirements and on time deliveriesAssign jobs & Approve timesheets on time.What we look forBE/ B. Tech (preferably Electrical/ Electronics/Electronics & Tele comm)Post Sales Engineering experience with at least 6 - 8 years.Experience in the security industry is required. Knowledge of Fire Alarm System will be additional benefit.Good oral, written and presentation skillsCustomer focus and service oriented.Excellent interpersonal skills and able to develop strong working relationships inside and outside the enterprise.Excellent people skills, persuasive, and assertive character.
