- Conduct thorough medical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of adult patients in both OPD and IPD settings.- Manage acute and chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, infectious diseases, and cardiac/renal/liver ailments.- Monitor and supervise care in High Dependency Units (HDUs) and coordinate with ICU teams if needed.- Provide prompt medical attention during emergencies and be available for on-call duties.- Collaborate with specialists across departments for integrated patient care.- Guide and mentor junior Resident Medical Officers (RMOs) and clinical support staff.- Maintain accurate medical documentation and follow hospital's clinical protocols.- Participate in clinical audits, mortality meetings, and continuing medical education (CME) sessions.- Promote preventive care practices and patient education.- Uphold ethical medical practices in alignment with NMC/MCI regulations.
