- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for the self-serve campaign platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and advertiser needs.
- Build a seamless self-serve experience across campaign creation, targeting, budgeting, forecasting, measurement, and reporting.
- Translate company goals and customer insights into clear product requirements and feature priorities.
- Partner effectively with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, and Operations to deliver scalable, intuitive, and feature rich campaign tools.
- Gather and synthesize requirements from internal teams and customers to inform product strategy and prioritization.
- Drive feature development from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery.
- Communicate product direction, progress, and performance to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Analyze industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and evolve the product strategy.
- Run tests, experiments, and data driven evaluations to measure platform performance and continuously improve the advertiser experience.
- Partner with go to market teams to support onboarding, adoption, and commercialization efforts.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs and evaluate success metrics for ongoing product enhancements.
- 9-12 years of product management experience, ideally working on self serve, SaaS, or advertising technology products.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling digital platforms that drive business impact.
- Strong strategic thinking, with an ability to translate complex business needs into simple, elegant product solutions.
- Experience working cross functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to leadership.
- Highly analytical mindset with experience using data, KPIs, and customer insights to guide decisions.
- Strong understanding of advertising technology components (e.g., campaign management, ad serving, measurement, optimization).
- Experience in Retail Media or Commerce Media ecosystems.
- Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, or broader ad tech stacks.
- Background in high growth or startup environments.
- Strong technical aptitude or experience partnering closely with engineering teams.
