- Responsible for smooth running of Effluent treatment plant (ETP), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Multiple effect Evaporators (MEE), Agitated Thin Film Dryers (ATFD) and hazardous waste disposal.
- Ensure Operational cost reduction by optimizing power, manpower, utilities and chemical consumption.
- Treatment techniques in vision of quality/quantity (High TDS/ COD, Process effluents etc.)
- Conduct environmental programs like water conservation, water recycle & reuse, waste reduction.
- Responsible for all operation in effluent treatment plant.
- Monitoring the hazardous waste generation, treatment & disposal of the same.
- Responsible for all compliance documentation & Maintain documentations as per statutory.
- Preparation of trend Analysis for the Pollution control measures with respect to Environment parameters and reviewing the actual performance with the standard/expected results.
- Preparation of Monthly and Annual reports (CCE EC CTE compliance).
- Capable to run the plant with zero accidents by taking preventive measures with respect to Safety.
