Grow with us as we embark on building tomorrow together by being the safest, most diverse and most profitable industrial gas company in the world.Reimagine What’s PossibleThe Agiloft CLM Lead will be the strategic and technical owner of the CLM platform, accountable for overall platform governance, architecture, configuration standards and working with the business team to identify and deliver long-term value realization. This role partners closely with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and IT as well as the technology partners.Key Responsibilities
  • Owns the Agiloft platform end-to-end and acts as the strategic and technical authority.
  • Owns the platform, governance and technical roadmap, working closely with business team to ensure platform value realization
  • Senior partner to business team e.g. legal, procurement, Sales and Vendors / Sis
  • Defines target architecture, configuration standards and scalability approach
  • Establish governance model, change controls and release management
  • Owns integration Strategy (e.g. Salesforce, ERP) data model and ensure business design decisions are documented
  • Manages Agiloft, SI partners scope alignment and delivery quality
  • Mentors administrators, sets best practices and scales the support model
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience working and progression to managing CLM platform
  • Strong understanding of contract life cycle management, legal operations and commercial processes
  • Multiple CLM enterprise implementations and or major transformation
  • Deep hands-on experience with Agiloft’s low-code platform features (Workflow, Tables, Reports, User Permissions).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to solve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification: Active Agiloft Certified Administrator (Business, Workflow, or Design level).
  • Familiarity with Agiloft AI-supported data extraction or AI Screen technologies.
  • Understanding of APIs, middleware, and SSO.
