of the TQM strategy into actionable roadmaps, capability development programs, and
measurable improvement initiatives, while building organizational competence and ensuring
sustainable quality excellence.Job ResponsibilityTQM Deployment and Governance
- Drive deployment of TQM framework and roadmap across functions and plants aligned with organizational strategy
- Translate enterprise TQM roadmap into functional and operational deployment plans
- Establish governance mechanisms including reviews, dashboards, and performance tracking
- Monitor and review TQM deployment maturity across business units
- Identify gaps and drive corrective actions to strengthen TQM implementation
- Support GM TQM in defining policies, frameworks, and deployment strategies
- Continuous Improvement
- Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Customer Satisfaction)
- Drive structured problem solving using QC Story, A3, 8D, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies
- Facilitate projects addressing chronic and systemic issues
- Ensure sustainability of improvements through standardization and monitoring
- Track and report business impact of improvement initiatives
- Quality culture building and Employee engagement
- Drive organization-wide TQM promotion initiatives including Quality Month, Quality Circles, Kaizen, and suggestion schemes
- Promote culture of quality ownership and continuous improvement
- 12-20 years of experience in Quality Management, TQM deployment, or Continuous
- Hands-on experience in deploying TQM tools such as QC Story, Kaizen, Six Sigma,
- Experience in driving cross-functional improvement initiatives with measurable
- Exposure to business excellence frameworks (TBEM, etc.) preferred
- Experience in capability building, assessments, and organizational transformation
