Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced HR Manager - Training to join our client (Food industry). As the HR Manager - Training, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, Delhi, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in the HR field.Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training programs tailored to the needs of different departments and positions within the organization.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training methods.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
  • Assist in the onboarding process by conducting orientation sessions and providing training to new employees.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and evaluate the impact of programs through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify performance improvement opportunities and provide targeted training solutions.
