Continuously refine processes for performance, clarity, and adaptability as teams grow.Standardize & Template Key Systems: Use Smartsheet Control Centre, templates, and blueprinting to ensure consistent execution across programs.Provide Training & Evangelism: Onboard new teams, deliver training sessions, and produce documentation to promote best practices and system adoption.Qualifications:3+ years of experience working with Smartsheet to build and manage complex workflows for technical or engineering organizations.Proven experience in:Smartsheet Dashboards, Reports, Workspaces, and FormsWorkflow AutomationCross-sheet linking, summary reports, and permission managementStrong understanding of project lifecycles in hardware and software development environmentPreferred Qualities:Excellent communication skills and ability to work with engineers, project managers, and executives.Bonus if experienced in:Smartsheet Control Center, WorkApps, or Resource ManagementIntegration with Jira, GitHub, or Slack via Smartsheet connectors or APIManaging workflows across Agile and Waterfall teams simultaneouslyComfortable conducting training and supporting company-wide adoption of Smartsheet-based systems.Job Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru
