Scope: thinks at scale, large and small (release / roadmap / MVP / time to market, but also grooming, WBS, multi-level DoD)Can ensure sound architecture, best software engineering practices and has development backgroundStrong cloud fundamentals with application development background. System engineering is a plus but NOT mandatoryThe Delivery Manager should understand and drive end to end solution for a client.
