Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization and driving process improvements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into process designs. - Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Design and document new business processes and workflows. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and integration. - Identify and recommend process optimization opportunities. - Conduct process audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with business process modeling tools. - Strong understanding of business process analysis and design principles. - Experience in defining product requirements and use cases. - Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
