Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases, and participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business process optimization. - Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and optimization. - Experience in defining product requirements and use cases. - Knowledge of process mapping and documentation. - Hands-on experience in user and task analysis. - Familiarity with business process automation tools.
