- You’ll be directly reporting to the co-founder, who operates from Los Angeles, USA
- Responsible for end-to-end performance marketing strategy and management across all channels, including Email Marketing (Apollo), UpWork, Account-based Sales, and LinkedIn.
- Define a predictable outbound strategy to generate leads to acquire new customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, test, and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing at a high-growth IT services company
- Experience working with USA based company in a 'niche' creative services domain
- Proven history of scaling marketing and sales channels in a service business, leading to revenue growth
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
