Job Description
  • Drive sales of engineering products and tools as the top priority
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and emerging trends
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop proposals and deliver compelling
presentations
  • Travel as needed to connect with potential clients and explore new markets
  • Ensure timely reporting and achievement of business development targets
RequirementsBachelors degree in Technology (B.Tech), Diploma, or MBA
  • Technical knowledge in mechanical or electrical engineering is a must
  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
  • Confident, self-motivated, and capable of managing pressure in customer-facing roles
  • Willingness to travel as part of business development
