We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage client servicing and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, handling accounts receivable follow-ups, and supporting operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end client servicing and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct regular follow-ups on Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely collections
- Monitor and control Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to improve cash flow
- Coordinate closely with internal operations teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and escalations effectively
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and payment status
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of AR processes and DSO management
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer-centric approach
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
