Responsible for monitoring transactions and system health for Razorpay's top merchants as well as the entire organization and alert relevant stakeholders whenever there is an issue with the system.
Send communication and alerts during cases of incidents or anomalies in the system
Collaborate with Internal teams as in when required
Analyze the trends in the data and figure out trends and inferences
Create Interactive dashboards for internal monitoring and metric consumption

Required Qualifications

Ability to work with large data
Hands on experience with BI Tools if any and Data manipulation
Knowledge of SQL is required
Strong communication skills
Ability to work 24/7 in shifts
