As our Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind content creation, storytelling, and campaign execution targeting CFOs and distributors. You will work closely with internal teams, freelancers, and agencies to craft impactful narratives, run high-conversion campaigns, and position our brand as a trusted partner in the industry.Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns aimed at CFOs and distributor networks to build brand authority and generate leads.
- Content & Storytelling: Develop compelling content that resonates with financial decision-makers and distribution partners—across blogs, videos, presentations, case studies, and more.
- Agency & Freelancer Management: Brief, coordinate, and manage deliverables from external agencies and freelance talent to ensure quality and timelines are met.
- Performance Marketing: Collaborate with the digital team to track and optimize campaign performance using analytics and insights.
- Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels, tailored to our target audience.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance.
- MBA in Marketing from a reputed B-school.
- 3–4 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on targeting senior decision-makers (preferably CFOs) and distributor networks.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Proven track record of working with agencies and freelancers to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Experience in content marketing, social media strategy, and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
