- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and calls, and redirect them as necessary.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management and other team members.
- Assist in preparing and organizing company events, conferences, and workshops.
- Maintain and update employee records, databases, and filing systems in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and organizing candidate documentation.
- Support HR activities such as onboarding, orientation, and training programs for new hires.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required by management.
- Handle administrative tasks related to finance, including processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of administrative activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Admin Executive, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
