Main Duties and Responsibilities- Manage Existing Customers and Developing positive relationships and handling customers' needs.- Continuous monitoring of ongoing projects from the standpoints of commercial/technical/quality/logistic.- Develop New Customers and support in developing new products in order to approach new Markets and Opportunities.- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.- RFQ and Technical specification review together with Technical Department in order to prepare the commercial offer with the required margin taking care of the Customer deadlines and market price references,- Think and Act in compliance with the directives received, the plans and approved strategies, the company policies and procedures- Support Marketing and Sales Communication on web sites and social media.- Support Customer Service team in defining priorities and Customer Communication- Set and lead Project activities, (set meeting and follow up)SKILLS REQUIREDEducation: Engineering degree or Economic degreeForeign languages: Excellent knowledge of English, German, Spanish or other would be considered as a plus,Previous Experiences- 2-5 years' experience in the same role- Knowledge of Bus sector, train and other Segment would be considered as a plus,- Business Development & Customer Success ExecutiveTechnical skills- Knowledge of products related to the bus and train world, other segment would be considered as a plus, Knowledge of the legislative standards in force in the Bus and train world, other segment would be considered as a plus,- Commercial Skills- Negotiation, Presentation and Communication both in Italian and English languages, German would be considered as a plus- Office suite, high knowledge of Excel, Word, Power PointSoft skills - Collaborative, ready and open to listening and learning, Curious and Pro-active, Target oriented, with a problem-solving approach.
