The ideal candidate will be work closely with the key customers todeliver excellence to their organization through our solutions. He/She should be able to build strongrelationships with strategic customers & should be able to identify needs and requirements to promote ourcompany's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growingour business through LBU-PSPs to achieve long-term success.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with a portfolio of strategic customers to ensure they continuously use our

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key strategic customers' needs and requirements Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet
  • their objectives
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key strategic accounts, skillfully presenting
  • new offerings that perfectly align with the customer's evolving needs
  • Play an integral part in generating new revenue generation from these strategic customers Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key
  • account metrics

5. Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Key Accounts Management. 4 - 6
  • years of overall Business Development experience.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the
  • technology industry
  • Previous experience with SaaS companies is a plus
  • Strong sales acumen, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market trends and industry developments.
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment & achieve the targeted goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
