  • Lead and motivate the inbound team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure efficient customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.

  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and execute strategies for business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, account opening/closing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies, promoting a culture of integrity.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the banking industry, with a focus on branch operations.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Proficiency in banking operations, including knowledge of products, services, and regulatory requirements.
