- Oversee daily operations, including cash handling, account opening/closing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Train and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies, promoting a culture of integrity.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance operations.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the banking industry, with a focus on branch operations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Proficiency in banking operations, including knowledge of products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Familiarity with banking software and systems, including CRM tools and database management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.
