Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the banking industry, with a focus on branch operations.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of motivating and developing teams.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional support.
  • Proficiency in banking operations, including cash handling, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance.
