Job Description:To keep the motivational standards of team high at all times. • To plan & monitor deployment of housekeeping staff. • To ensure quality standards of cleanliness of entire premises. • To ensure grooming & hygiene standards of all staff. • To indent and ensure availability of linen, uniforms, stationary and other non- medical supplies. • To maintain inventory of linen, uniforms, other supplies and discards. • To ensure adherence to linen/uniform specifications. • To observe all rules and procedures in respect of Hygiene, Health and Safety and Fire Prevention. • To be responsible for: Customer amenities, Interior decoration, Laundry/Linen, Pest control & Waste Management. • To allocate duties to Housekeeping staff. • To inspect & audit Vendors to ensure standards of hygiene, cleanliness & maintenance are met. • To provide Training to all Housekeeping staff. • To make Budgets for Housekeeping department. • To track Expenses and control Costs. • To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices. • To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital. • To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital. • To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area. • To comply with patient safety policy. • To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.
