Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and people-oriented Senior HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and driving initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, and training.Requirements:Excellent soft skills for communication.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HRcertifications like SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR is a plus).10 years of HR experience, with atleast 7+ yrs in a managerial role. Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Strong English Proficiency. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Location: ChennaiKey Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
