Job Description:Job Title SAP SuccessFactors EC SF Analytics Reporting Implementation ConsultantJob Summary SAP SuccessFactors EC SF Analytics Reporting Implementation Consultant This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders HR teams and IT professionals to understand the organizations talent acquisition Employee Central and succession planning requirements configuring the system accordingly and ensure successful deployment and adoption of these modulesKey ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering and AnalysisoCollaborate with business stakeholders and HR teams to gather and analyze requirements for Employee Central Onboarding 20 and succession planning processesoUnderstand the organizations existing talent acquisition Employee Central and succession planning strategies and processesoIdentify gaps between current processes and SuccessFactors capabilities and propose solutionsSystem Configuration and ImplementationoConfigure the Employee Central module including Employee Central processes task assignments and integrations with other systems eg Employee Central LearningoSet up and configure the Recruiting Management module including job requisitions candidate management interview scheduling and offer managementoConfigure the Succession Development module including succession planning talent pools career paths and development plansoDevelop and maintain configuration documentation test scripts and user guidesData Migration and IntegrationoDesign and execute data migration strategies for job requisitions candidate data and succession planning dataoEnsure data integrity security and compliance with data privacy regulationsoImplement integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems eg applicant tracking systems background check providers learning management systemsTesting and User AcceptanceoDevelop and execute comprehensive test plans for Employee Central Recruiting Management and Succession Development modulesoCoordinate user acceptance testing UAT and gather feedback from stakeholdersoResolve issues and defects identified during testingTraining and SupportoDevelop and deliver training materials and sessions for endusers HR administrators and support teamsoProvide ongoing support troubleshooting and issue resolution for the implemented modulesoCollaborate with the support team to address incidents and service requestsContinuous Improvement and OptimizationoMonitor system performance identify bottlenecks and implement optimizationsoStay up to date with SuccessFactors product updates and new features related to talent acquisition Employee Central and succession planningoRecommend and implement process improvements and system enhancementsQualifications and RequirementsBachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Human Resources or a related fieldExtensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Recruiting Management and Succession Development modulesStrong understanding of talent acquisition Employee Central and succession planning processes and best practicesProficient in system configuration data migration and integration techniquesExperience with testing methodologies and user acceptance testing processesExcellent problemsolving analytical and decisionmaking skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesCertification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Recruiting Management and Succession Development modules SAP Certified consultant Application Associate is preferredExperience Level4 plus years of experience in SF SAP SuccessFactors EC SF Analytics Reporting Implementation Consultant Should have done at least 2 implementationsDesignation Implementation SAP SuccessFactors consultantSkills:Mandatory Skills : SuccessFactors Recruitement Management & Marketing,SAP Process Modelling Suite (Signavio, ARIS, Visio)About Company:LTIMindtree is a global technology consulting and digital solutions company that enables enterprises across industries to reimagine business models, accelerate innovation, and maximize growth by harnessing digital technologies.
