Assistant Manager – Project (IBMS / ELV)Location: Mumbai
Payroll: Company Payroll (FTE)Experience: Minimum 5+ years in IBMS / ELV project executionRole Overview:
Responsible for execution and management of IBMS / ELV projects, including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), BMS, and Controls, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and safety compliance.Key Responsibilities:

Execute and manage IBMS / ELV projects (CCTV, ACS, BMS, Controls)
Site coordination with clients, PMCs, consultants, and vendors
Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities
Manage subcontractors and track project progress
Prepare project reports and support documentation/handovers

Qualifications:

B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical or related discipline
Strong hands‑on experience in IBMS, CCTV, ACS, and Controls
Good communication and coordination skills
