- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to create a supportive and positive experience.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless candidate interactions.
- Provide updates and insights about your outreach efforts and candidate experiences.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
