Posting title: Enterprise Account Manager - AWS SalesExperience: 8+ YearsLocation: MumbaiWork mode: On-sitePrimary skills: Enterprise Sales, Cloud Sales-AWS, Solutions Selling, Revenue Generation, B2B Sales, Hunting and FarmingQualification: Any Technical DegreeRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager with a strong background in AWS cloud sales to drive business growth across the West India region.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Presence & Account Growth- Establish and strengthen Flentas' brand presence across the West India region.- Identify, acquire, and grow key enterprise and commercial accounts.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and CXO-level decision-makers.Revenue Ownership & Pipeline Management- Own and drive quarterly and annual revenue targets for the region.- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with predictable deal flow.- Lead and close large, complex cloud transformation and migration deals.AWS Alliance & Partner Engagement- Collaborate closely with AWS partner teams on joint Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives.- Leverage AWS partner programs and partner-led opportunities to generate demand.- Work with presales and solution architecture teams to position AWS-based solutions effectively.Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).- 7-14 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, cloud sales, or technology consulting.- Hands-on experience in AWS cloud sales is mandatory.- Proven track record in building and scaling regional markets.- Strong experience in selling AWS cloud services and solutions.- Prior experience in IT services, cloud consulting, or digital transformation sales is preferred.Required Skills & Competencies- Strong enterprise account management and consultative selling skills.- Good understanding of AWS cloud services and enterprise use cases.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to engage with CXO-level executives and business leaders.- Strategic mindset with strong execution and revenue ownership.- High level of ownership, integrity, and results orientation.
