Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office cleanliness and organization in the reception area
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxingQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
