Employment Type: Full-TimeRole Overview:We are looking for a well-spoken and presentable Receptionist with 1 to 2 years of experience to manage front desk operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and proficiency in MS Office. This role requires a professional who can handle visitors, calls, and day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.Manage front desk activities including receiving couriers, handling inquiries, and scheduling appointments.Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.Provide administrative support such as data entry, maintaining office records, and handling correspondence.Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.Keep the reception area clean and well-organized.Key Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel,)Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.Time management and organizational skills.Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
