Build ad hoc sales plays based on market wins, industry trends, or customer opportunities.Lead program communications across the organization to create focus, adoption, and measurable impact.Stay responsive to market and regulatory changes, adapting programs and plays as needed.Manage ad hoc priorities and special projects from senior leadership.Desired Skills & ExperienceCurrently on a career break of minimum 1 year.5+ years of experience in Sales Programs, Sales Enablement, Campaign Management, or Program Management with strong stakeholder engagement.Proven track record in executing structured programs that improve sales productivity and pipeline health.Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle (lead generation, pipeline progression, closing).Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions in a fast-paced environment.
