- Strong negotiation skills to help secure agreements and close deals that benefit both the client and NoBroker.com.
- An enthusiastic and self-motivated approach showing a keen willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to maintain comprehensive records of calls and sales for tracking and optimization of sales strategies.
- Reach out to potential and existing customers by phone to introduce NoBrokers services and generate interest.
- Engage customers with excellent communication skills to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Utilize a deep knowledge of NoBroker's offerings to effectively respond to queries and share detailed product information.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and converting leads into successful sales opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional services to existing clients enhancing the sales potential.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and other pertinent data for continuous improvement.
